Zhejiang Qingshan Special Steel CO.,Ltd,a medium-sized key leading enterprise in wenzhou,locate in Qingshan Village,Longwang District in wenzhou.It has registered capital of RMB50.55 millinon,own assets RMB400 million,fixed assets RMB280 million,circulating fund RMB3200 million.In 2002,the output of stainless steel is 60 thousand tons,total production value is up to RMB600 million,profit RMB80 million.
Equiped the steel-making product line with intermediate frequency stove that annual output is up to 60 thousand tons(imported from USA), argon and oxygen model casting stove and level connecting casting stove,we are specialized in stainless steel smelting and producing of stainless steel material.Also,we equiped with steel rolling product line which annual output is up to 150 thousand of steel material,30 thousand of stainless steel woollen pipe and 5 thousand stainless steel seamless pipe.Moreover,we built setting-piece product line.According to the customer''s request,we can manufacture all sorts of stainless steel ingot,fine material,horn material,thread material and ¦Õ8 to ¦Õ426mm Aoshiti stainless steel seamless pipe on the level of GB and international standard.Various kinds of steel material is well sold covering national wide. The company carries on a lot of technological transformation,the enterprise scope is expanded constantly. In 2002,we took over land of 350 acres,invested RMB300 million to construct new producing base which workshop area covers 100 thousand square meter.We also set up producing line such as stainless steel smelting,base-opening,steel stick and middle thick board rolling, perforation,trombone slide,high line to make seriation production of stainless steel material. Production capacity of the new base are: annual 300 thousand tons of steel ingot,200 thousand tons of middle thick board,100 thousand of other kinds of steel materials.
Except advanced producing establishment,we also equiped with advanced and perfect quality inspecting means,and carry out quality control system during full producing progress.There are advanced quality inspecting equipment such as type OBLFGS2000
lustrous electricity read spectrometer(made in German),sulphur and carbon analysis instrument,WE300A all-purpose material test machine,metallographic microscope, brilliant corrodes experimental rig, hydraulic pressure experimental device,etc,which
insure products capability accord to national and other international standards and meet the customer''s satisfaction.Our corporate have improved technology and craftwork during producing progress.We have obtained two national patents on stainless steel smelting.
We have passed china Classification Society ISO9002:1994 Quality System Certification in 2000,ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification in 2003,three class measuring level of the Bureau of Technical Supervision of Zhejiang Province in 2002,and in 2003,we got the stainless steel production licence of National Quality Supervise Inspection & Quarantines General Bureau.
